Lead the teams for the execution of Maintenance works related with the following equipment / aspects:
Pressure transmitters
These instruments measure the pressure of fluids or gases in pipes, tanks, and vessels. They are used to ensure that the process is operating within safe pressure limits.
Temperature transmitters gauges, Thermowells,
Thermocouple Assemblies.
These instruments measure the temperature of fluids or gases in various process equipment, such as heat exchangers, reactors, and distillation columns.
They help to ensure that the process is operating within the desired temperature range.
Flow meters
These instruments measure the flow rate of liquids and gases in pipes and vessels. They are used to monitor the amount of material being transferred between different process stages.
Level transmitters
These instruments measure the level of liquids and solids in tanks and vessels. They are used to ensure that tanks are not overfilled or emptied too quickly, which could result in safety hazards or process disruptions.
Analyzers
These instruments measure the chemical composition of process streams. They are used to monitor the quality of products and ensure that the process is operating within the required specifications
Control valves / Instrument Manifold / Positioners.
These are critical components that control the flow of fluids in process equipment. They are used to adjust the flow rate, pressure, and temperature of the process stream to maintain optimal process conditions.
Safety relief valves
These are critical components that protect equipment and personnel from overpressure conditions. They are designed to open automatically when the pressure exceeds a predetermined level, releasing excess pressure and preventing equipment damage or personnel injury.
