Job purpose
The main purpose of this position is to support the successful delivery of off plot projects by providing project management expertise across all phases from planning and design to construction and commissioning. The role involves coordinating technical activities, managing interfaces between stakeholders, material management, and ensuring that project objectives related to scope, schedule, cost, quality, and HSE are met in alignment with project management best practices.
The position will act in accordance with the Group’s Mission, Vision, Values & Strategies, as well as, policies, guidelines and international standards, supported by an IT Technology platform, HSE standards, Omani’s government & other legal justifications, and best international practices in consonance with national objectives.

Main tasks and responsibilities
- Implementing projects for the Company by ensuring completion on time and within budget, quality and HSE set targets.
- In liaison with the Contract Engineer, execute Tender preparation, evaluation, award & execution of once-off and MLTC Contracts.
- Handling of the procurement life cycle: tendering, evaluation, reporting, KOM, and ensuring the materials are delivered on time.
- Ensure on-time review and approval of technical documentation, drawings, and specifications for the projects.
- Tracking, monitoring, and expediting delivery of project equipment and materials.
- Ensure activities are performed in accordance with established Company Quality procedures, HSE and standards and recognized industry standards.
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure timely quality deliverables and monitor contractor performance, adherence to quality, and safety standards.
- Administration and follow-up of the contract payment, variations & all contract correspondence.
- Familiar with SAP system and the procurement and material modules.
- Managing project cost plan, inventory level, and supporting yearly budget estimation and monitoring.
- Interface with contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to resolve technical and logistical issues.
- Participate in engineering and constructability reviews and ensure lessons learned are captured and applied.
- Conduct site visit as required.
- Proper close-out of completed contract with required recording and documentation.

Education requirements
|
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
|
|
Language requirements
|
Excellent knowledge of written, read, and spoken English (required) | Arabic - Native (desirable)
