Job purpose
Execute Maintenance support to the operating Musandam Cluster under Manager Operation & Maintenance Support, by thereby enabling high standards of day to-day-and planning Maintenance & Risk-based Inspection / inspections across facilities, safety, high levels of availability and delivery of a best practice operational strategies and results; in order to ensure maintenance performance and equipment reliability targets to support safe and efficient operations at the site.
The position will act in accordance with the Group’s Mission, Vision, Values & Strategies, as well as, policies, guidelines and standards, supported by an IT Technology platform, HSE standards, Omani’s government & other legal justifications, and best international practices in consonance with national objectives.

Main tasks and responsibilities
- Execute site-based maintenance team, with overall responsibility for execution of planned and corrective maintenance activities.
- Execute maintenance activities in a safe, reliable and sustainable manner, and maintenance team's compliance with PTW procedure.
- Execute changes to maintenance scope, schedule, content, and deferral.
- Support to Identify external maintenance services (third-party support) requirements.
- Liaise with Warehouse team for materials requirements, and review purchase requests for non-stock spares.
- Coordinate with Operations, Projects, Maintenance and Head Office Support team.
- Perform emergency response role as defined by the Incident Management Procedures.

Education requirements
|
Bachelor’s in Engineering, or related.
|
|
Language requirements
|
Excellent knowledge of written, read, and spoken English (required), Arabic - Native (desirable)

- 8+ of relevant experience
- Adaptable and motivated general management strategist who relishes challenges.
- Experience and knowledge in project planning, cost control, contract development, installation, trouble shooting, and start-up.
- Sound judgment in technical matters with good skills in engineering field materials specifications and international standards.
