  1. JOB DESCRIPTION

Purpose and Scope of the Role:

  • The Sales Executive is to promote and selling our aluminum flat rolled products, coated/painted product and services to potential Customers. As Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, maintaining Customers relationships, and expanding our market presence in the aluminum industry.

Major responsibilities:

 

Operations

  • Assist to develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve sales targets and increase revenue.
  • Assist to develop and maintain a deep understanding of the Aluminum Rolling Mill's products, processes, and capabilities to effectively communicate with customers and provide customized solutions.
  • Support to identify and pursue new business opportunities in the aluminum industry and potential customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing Customers, understanding their needs and continuously seeking opportunities for growth and cross-selling.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to Customers on aluminum products, painted/ coated product and services, ensuring their requirements are met.
  • Collaborate with the planning & operations and operations teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery of products.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay up to date with industry trends and changes in customer preferences.
  • Collaborate with the finance department to ensure timely and accurate invoicing and payment collection from customers.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals with customers.
  • support current customer as well as develop new customer in the US, GCC and rest of the world.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and resolve any potential issues or challenges.
  • Stay updated on industry regulations, standards, and best practices to ensure compliance and competitiveness.
  • Maintain a positive and professional relationship with customers, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and effectively.
  • Forecast sales targets and track progress against them, Monthly reporting to the management team on sales performance and initiatives to drive growth.

Leadership

  • Work with team to achieve Department objectives as per the department business plan and the agreed key performance Indicators.

Health & Safety

 

 

  • Ensure compliance to all relevant safety, quality and environmental management policies, procedures and controls across the project department to guarantee employee safety, security, legislative compliance, delivery of high-quality products/service and a responsible environmental attitude.

  1. QUALIFICATIONS/ COMPETENCIES

Experience

  • 3-4 years’ experience in strategic account management & sales with an emphasis on international sales or general aluminium experience in coils/sheet products & painted/coated products.
  • Having experience in metal industry, preferably in aluminium industry.

Education/Qualification

 

Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Engineering or related field.

MBA or professional certificate in related filed is preferable

English (Fluency in reading, speaking and writing)
