Marsa LNG is a joint Venture formed of TotalEnergies (80%) and OQ (20%). Internal exposure: Responsible for Human Resources, Internal Communication and Public Relations (PRO) for accompanying the Company’s evolution outside the E&P tasks. Member of the Management Team. External exposure: Member of External HR Committees, collaboration with other external bodies eg. Ministry of Energy and Minerals & OPAL. |

Create, implement and maintain Business environment Make sure that the Company Management System is relevant and up to date, in liaison with TotalEnergies entities. Conception, Steering and Operation of all Human Resources Activities In charge of Staffing, Comp & Ben, Talent Development, Personnel Administration, Industrial relations and Internal Communication and any other business related to Human Resourcesm and, General Services

Qualifications/Experience required |
Masters in Business Administration At least 15 years of diversified experience in Human Resources Management Good knowledge of Oman Labour Law and market Strategic thinking and proactive cooperation. |
